Marvel Collector Corps - January Edition - Fantastic Four

January's Marvel Collector Corps theme was Fantastic Four. A series of Fantastic Four Pops had recently been released outside of the Marvel Collector Corps. I had considered getting them because I LOVED the Fantastic Four comics growing up (as well as the first movie with Chris Evans) but I decided to wait to see what was inside my box first. So glad I did!

I really loved this box and I'm so glad I got it! I considered skipping it only because I've been subscribed to Marvel Collector Corps for almost a year now and haven't skipped any boxes, so the Pops are really started to add up and take up space. Ultimately I didn't because I really love the Fantastic Four.

This box had 5 items: two Funko Pops, a decal, a t-shirt and an enamel pin. I'm a big fan of the t-shirt because it has a great design. It looks like a comic book cover which I love and features all of the characters. I also like that it's a denim blue color since almost every other shirt I've ever gotten has been black. I like variety and color! Doctor Doom is my favorite Marvel villain so that pin is perfect and proudly displayed at my desk at work. I was really hoping for something Doom in this box. The Human Torch Pop is the same design as the regular Pop but this one glows in the dark. The Mr. Fantastic Pop has a different pose to the common but is still pretty similar, with his arms more stretched and his hands out instead of in fists. I personally prefer this design to the common version. Finally I don't really use stickers/decals much but they're something I can make use of, and as far as those go, I like the flame "4" logo of this one.

I would value the contents of this box at around $55 which is pretty good. Personally I'm happy with everything I got but I can see why some people would be disappointed in this box. It doesn't offer all that much from what you could buy outside of the subscription service and if you already bought all of those Pops you've almost ended up with dupes. I didn't have anything yet so it worked out well for me because I kinda got an upgrade to Pops I was going to buy anyway.

The next box will be released in March and I'm seriously considering skipping it. We'll see.
