Independence Day 2014 Goofy Eachez Released

The 2014 Independence Day figure has been released today at D-Street locations and the Disney Store Online. This is another Eachez blind box figure, with a 9 in 10 chance of the common figure being inside and a 1 in 10 chance of it being the variant figure. Both figures were designed by Monty Maldovan.

This year's Independence Day Vinylmation is Goofy, the common figure is here on the left and the variant figure is pictured on the right. Goofy has a limited edition size of 2,500 and each blind box retails for $16.95

Independence Day Eagle - Now $2.99!

Like many collectors, I'm not happy when I buy a vinyl full price only to find it heavily discounted just a short time later. But I can take comfort in the fact that in paying the higher price, I'm sending Disney the message that Vinylmation is a beloved collectible, that excites fans with new releases and certainly makes me need to have new figures - and fast!

If the shipping didn't cost more than the vinyl I'd jump on it! It's not a must have figure for me, but for $2.99? Sold! Let's hope Disney give us free shipping as a Black Friday gift.

Independence Day Eagle Release

Disney's Official Vinylmation website announced that the Independence Day Eagle would be released at Walt Disney World and The Disneyland Resort on June 7th, but made no mention of it being released online. Well, on the same date of June 7th, it was also released on the DisneyStore.com

So you can now purchase this vinyl both at the parks and online. It retails at $14.95.
