The Frozen #2 Elsa Eachez has been released today at D-Street, Disney Pin Traders and the Disney Store Online. The common figure (pictured left) has 9 in 10 odds of being in the blind box, while the variant figure (pictured right) is seeded at every 1 in 10. There's a very slight diffeence between the two figures, with the variant Elsa showing a bigger smile, not wearing gloves, and having snowflakes scattered across her dress and shoes. (Check out the beautiful hidden Mickeys!) Each blind box retails for $14.95
